When Lasse came to Italy, Verona in 1998, not only did he feel in love with the people and the food, he found a big passion for natural stones. He started visiting the quarries and manufacturers, learned the Italian language, and dived into everything there was to learn. He’s first client was a family member in the periphery, who was a stonemason and who accidentally found out that Lasse had moved to Verona.

He started placing orders and suddenly Lasse’s daily routines was at the various producers in Verona. From there on it went really fast and before Lasse had looked around he had customers all over Europe, England and US.

Today Top Granito, as Lasse named his still growing company, is an independent privately owned company that chooses freely between quarries and factories, they only deliver products and services of the best quality. They offer a complete package from the selection of the material to finished mounting after treatments on location.

Working with many different materials, e.g. marble, granite, travertine, onyx, lime stones, gem stones and semi-precious stones, it important to use different techniques both during design and construction. “Therefore we always work closely together with the architect and the constructors throughout the process, and we have achieved a broad experience with many different types of jobs over the years , from private houses, international hotels, public offices and exclusive living solutions”
