After soaking in the frenetic energy of Soho, Kettner’s Townhouse offers a peaceful respite. One of the city’s first French restaurants, the location maintains an old-world charm. Stepping through its doors, you’re immediately embraced by a quiet sense of tradition. Once the stomping ground for the likes of Oscar Wilde, the storied location has been reimagined for the modern day by the Soho House Group. The inviting atmosphere makes you want to settle in with a hot cup of tea and allow the warmth of the space to wash over you.
“We were led up to our room, tucked away in the attic, where an immediate sense of tranquility surrounded us. The freestanding bathtub, placed next to the grand wooden bed, perfectly captured the essence of traditional decor reimagined through a modern lens. It was a sanctuary of relaxation –a perfect place to unwind before heading back out to explore the endless wonders of Soho, from world-class museums to vibrant pubs and the city’s thriving nightlife.”
Unwind with: Champagne bar, private dining rooms, original Georgian decor.
